This is an agreement between you and the National Watercolor Society (NWS) for the rental of slides from previous NWS Annual Exhibitions.    

You will receive one full set which contains: a notebook with all of the slides from one Annual Exhibition, a commentary on each painting, and an Exhibition Catalog for that year.  

The terms of this agreement are:

* You may only use these slides for educational and/or research purposes.  
* You will not reproduce these slides or allow anyone else to reproduce them.
* You will not market or sell these slides or allow anyone else to do so.
* You will return the full set (described above) after 60 days from the day you receive the package.
* You are responsible for the return postage and $100.00 insurance. 
* You are responsible for packing the full set so that it arrives in good condition.

Instructions:

1. Complete the contact information above.
2. Make 2 separate checks payable to the National Watercolor Society:
* 1 for $25.00 (this covers the cost of shipping and handling).  
This fee will not be returned to you.
* 1 for $100.00 (this is the deposit check)
This fee will be returned to you within 10 days after the full set has been returned in good condition. 
3. Check the year of the Exhibition you would like to rent (only 1!):

4. Sign and date this agreement.  Mail this form with the 2 checks to the NWS address above.  NWS will send a copy of this agreement with the package containing the slides.
